1. What do you sell?

We sell gently used kids’ clothes, adult fashion, toys, books, and household goods — all handpicked as we declutter our homes.

2. Where can I shop your listings?

You can find everything we’re selling on our eBay store here: Nat & Mac Thrift Shop

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Most items are sold as-is and are final sale, but if there’s ever a problem, we’realways try to make it right. Check the return policy on the eBay listing for details.

4. Are the items clean or new?

Everything we sell is clean, gently used (unless stated as new), and inspected before listing. we don’t sell anything we wouldn’t buy myself!

5. How often do you add new items?

We list new items every week as we continue decluttering and downsizing. Follow the blog or subscribe to the newsletter to get updates!

📦 Shipping & Pickup FAQs

6. How fast do you ship?

We usually ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking info is always included.

7. Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we ship only through eBay to keep things safe and secure for both of us.

8. Can you bundle items for combined shipping?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer combined shipping — items are pre-packaged and ready to go to keep things fast and efficient. Each listing ships separately.
